Buyer bought an expensive camera, he has had it for 13 days admits to using it and now says not for him and has requested a return!
He simply states he doesn't like it after he has used it. Do I have to offer a return my gut is no.
As a private seller, you don't have to accept change-of-mind returns. But if you agree, tell the buyer to open a return request. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays, which is why he may prefer to sell the camera on himself.
As a private seller you can refuse change of mind returns.
However if he opens case for not as described, ebay believe him & you have to issue returns label & refund in full when returned.
