buyer and fraud

So i sold a item, buyer sent me a email sayimg he has paid by echeque with his address shown in the message, however i can see no payment pending in paypal, i called paypal who told me looks like fraud, i told the buyer that echeques can take upto 10 days to clear, he then sent me a email with a screen shot on his phone with my item marked as paid, now i know its not that hard with photoshop to make it look real.

My question is how do i report this buyer as fraud ????  i can see nothing on Ebay to be able to do this.

If it is the blade that you have relisted, not a good idea...you need to get the first 'transaction' dealt with first or else you could quite easily have 2 buyers and only one item....

I would suggest that the best thing you can do is open an Unpaid Case and close it after 4 days. Unless the buyer pays within that time the sale will be considered as cancelled and you can relist.

You must add this bidder to your Blocked Bidders List.

The only place you want to see PAID is on your sold items page, nothing that the buyer sends means a thing.
