If it's an auction listing and it has bids, then yes - you'll pay a selling fee as normal, based on the highest bid plus postage. You'll also pay any listing fees you may have incurred, whether the auction has bids or not.

Note that if you list an item for sale on Ebay, you cannot list it for sale elsewhere, which is why Ebay charges sellers when they end auctions with bids, in order to deter this extremely annoying breach of the rules. Ebay does not like it when sellers upset buyers who've spent their valuable time searching for the perfect item and placing bids, only to then find that the listing has been ended early. There is nothing more infuriating.

If it's a basic BIN listing, ie. you added no listing extras such as Buy It Now or a Reserve, then no.  If you added listing extras, then yes, you'll have to pay those as normal.
