Where has the automatic price suggestion gone for Sellers?!

When creating a listing to sell an item, eBay used to automatically provide, in the listing, pricing suggestions based on previous sales of similar items.  The more detail in the listing, the greater the accuracy of the pricing suggestion.  It was really helpful.

But where has it gone?!  What am I doing wrong/differently?!!

Please help..... open_mouth

If you are not sure of the item's value then start off by doing some research on the site.  Search for the same item that you intend to sell.  When the results load up scroll down the page and look at the left hand side of the screen.  Click on the box next to the "Sold Listings" option and a new page will load up showing you similar items that have sold on the site.  You can then have a look at those sold items to get a rough idea as to how much the item you intend to sell is going for, which should help you to make a decision as to how much to ask for the item if using the Buy It Now format, as well as giving you a rough idea as to what you should put as the starting price if you decide to list the item for sale using the Auction format.

Never seen it in the way you say, but no doubt that is why people list items at far too high prices. Use your own judgement, I would never use an ebay suggested price.

They show when an offer is made "Similar items sold at £xxx". If true then lucky sellers, I know the price that is more realistic.

In my opinion Auctions find their own level and BINs, if they sell probably mean you are selling too low.
