Where can I find my buyers email ?

I need my buyers email so they receive updates on a Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery but I can’t find it anywhere ?

it used to be on their buyers details on the ebay website but now I cant find any email addresses for any buyers ??

If you uploaded the tracking details when you despatched the item then the buyer will already have the tracking number.  That way the buyer can just click on the tracking number to see where the parcel is, or alternatively he or she can copy that number and enter it into the search bar on Royal Mail's own website and check it that way.

Thank you. I have just found completely by accident on the ebay website that I can switch back to the classic website & then the buyers emails are there but yes I could also just enter the tracking number on eBay.

ebay have decided to hide the buyers email address,

you don't need the buyers email address, you can just give them the tracking number through ebay messages and they can look it up themselves

Thank you. But I have just discovered by accident that i could switch back to the classic site & then I found the email addresses are on show now lol
