Unpaid Item Assistant will open a case for this item on 08 Nov, 2020 if payment hasn't been recorded

Hi, I sold and item which has not been paid for and no communication either. It is more than 48 hours since the auction finished so I want to log an Unpaid Item claim. When I try to log it, I get 'Unpaid Item Assistant will open a case for this item on 08 Nov, 2020 if payment hasn't been recorded'. It is the 8th November but cannot see a case logged in resolution centre - what am I doing wrong?

You can turn off the Unpaid Assistant and open cases manually after 48 hours from item end here >

Just to add that everything you need to know about selling on Ebay, including how to set the Unpaid Item Assistant to your personal specifications, is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page). You also have the Help pages with their integral search to refer to (links at top and foot of any page).
