Tracking nos sent to buyer, buyer claim did not receive.

Singapore Seller send buyer tracking nos.When buyer indicate item not received, I(seller) check with my Post Office. They replied item arrived in USA on 26th Aug. I send buyer the email which was posted to me by Post Office. Resolution Centre made full refund to Buyer. Buyer even placed feedback that he did not receive item!

I had done what I should be doing when an item is sold. I tried to make an appeal on this but no matter how I could not have my message pass on to eBay or even to PayPal!

Can anyone tell me how should I contact eBay Resolution Centre or  eBay to have my case be heard.

I cannot accept the fact that buyer gets free car,free postage and I receive a bad feedback for all the work I had done. eBay made decision based on 1 side of story and I dare say eBay is biased. If eBay think otherwise please hear out my side of story.

If delivery is late, it could be due to 1) Corvid 19 problem 2) USPS postman are afraid of delivery to the addressee.(I have 2 incidents to proof it. What they did was placed a white sticker over the addressee's address and claimed insufficient details! Never did they realised that I took photos of my package on addressee's address and sender's address. 3) There are news that USPS delays delivery because of Political reasons. To sumarise, these are all beyond my control. I have receipt to prove package was send out and the address is correct!
