I purchased a new toaste. I
Left feed back NICE. On closer inspection found crumbs in the bottom contacted him he said sorry and would reimbursed me £10.00. Since then nothing heard. Disabled that's why I buy off Ebay. Can't get out to send it back. ! Wish I could reverse feedback. What's to do.
Ebay can't get involved in partial refunds - that's entirely between buyer and seller. They can only enforce a full refund on return. I'm sure there's someone who can package the toaster and take it to the Post Office for you, so open a Not As Described case and follow the instructions to get a tracked returns label at the seller's expense. You have 30 days from the delivery estimate on the order on which to do so.
You can leave 'follow-up' feedback to your original feedback. But you'll probably have to do it on ebay.com, as follow-ups often don't 'stick' when you try to do it on ebay.co.uk. It's easy enough to do, though.
Finally, the seller is trading illegally on a private account, and therefore denying buyers their legal rights and defrauding Ebay of listing fees. He should be registered as a business seller. Report to Ebay using the 'Report' button on the listing, and for two policy violations:
1. Listing Practices...Other listing practices policy violations...Business seller fails to display correct contact details. In the pop-up box, type something like 'Should be registered as a business. Buying in to sell. See their other listings too.'
2. Listing Practices...Avoiding Ebay fees...Other ways of avoiding eBay fees.
