I listed an item and through messages sold it without the item ending. I took the item of eBay but I am trying to email ebay to let them know so they can charge me the fees, but I am unable to contact them.

How did you pass your address to the buyer. Messages are monitored and if picked up you will be charged a full selling fee and possibly be suspended.

When you list on ebay you don't do off ebay deals!

A eBay member for 12yrs comes here and admits to thousands they have conducted a off eBay sale..

You could be banned from selling!

you can't let ebay know that you completed an 'off ebay' deal

you should not have ended the listing

you should have revised it to the agreed amount

you will be charged the fees for using the reserve so you will be charged somethin, just not the full fees that you should have paid
