I am trying to sell a product. It is a Samsung tablet. There has been a review left by a customer, a rating of 1 star. The reason for the review seems genuine in that the product sold to them was faulty. This however has a negative impact on the item I am selling which isn't faulty. I think many buyers would be put off when they see the 1 star review.

I cant see anything that would indicate a problem with selling your item

If you mean stars given by a buyer on ebay no one can see them just your feedback and that is OK

There is a problem with your postage method.

Any item of that price needs to be sent tracked and not 2nd class RM

2nd class postage only covers up to £20

Over £20 and up to £40 must go tracked 

Over £50 special delivery with the appropriate compensation
