Returned goods arrived badly damaged

My returned item arrived back to me badly damaged but the buyer seems to be getting a full refund,it was an  antique doll that she firstly asked for 20% discount ,i said no,please return but although the box had nt any damage thd dolls glass eyes looked like they had been deliborately broken now the buyers not answering my messages,please help
