I recieved a bid from a USA member. My listing says I only post to the UK.
I suggested they might wish to retract the bid. They said ok. If they do not can I block the bid
as I do not post outside the UK mainland. Thanks.
It really is up to sellers to understand what they are offering on their listings.
Don't you ever read that bit on your listings about Posts to the UK and many other Countries.
If you don't want any dealing with buyers overseas, you need to opt out of the GSP and BLOCK all Countriesto which you do not post.
Anyone would think it was difficult to deal with Oversea buyers, they are no worse than many buyers in the UK, in fact probably better as they have to pay a lot more for items from another Country because of postage.
Looking at just one of your items you are inviting problems selling inthe UK as you don't seem to know the correct postage for the value of items.
Unless you use the correct postage, if lost or damaged, you have to refund the buyer but Royal Mail will not pay compensation if you have not paid for the correct service. Get Booklet "Our prices" from the Post Office.
