Hi I'm Shehani From Sri Lanka(Country in Asia). I Started selling on ebay UK  in the month June and currently I selling my items to UK customers only where my warehouse also located in UK .I go through with ebay community and coudn't find an answer for this problem.

I wanted to know am I really eligible for HMRC VAT?

SInce some are saying I needed to pay for vat if my annual income more than 85K and some are saying Since I'm an overseases seller though my items located in UK, I need to pay VAT.

you would need to take that up with HMRC.

However to sell on eBay UK you must be registered as a business seller and registered for VAT.

Just contact HMRC and ask, or look for the information on their website.

By before you do that, you must upgrade your Ebay account from private to business. Private accounts are only for those selling off their old no-longer wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic. That clearly isn't you. So do it now, before you find yourself in a whole heap of trouble.

As an overseas based seller with goods located in the UK you have to register for VAT immediately,  there is no turnover threshold.  You also need a business account.
