An item was listed collection only. The buyer wanted only part of it & me to post it with another item that was still running as an auction. Agreed to combine all the postage with the 2nd item at auction end. He won & unfortunately paid just the auction item & P&P without waiting for an EBay invoive.
The only way to send an invoice for the full P&P on both items seems to be to refund the first amount & add P&P there.
But what about the ebay fees on the P&P that was not part of the original listing?
IMPORTANT - In this case the item was on the £1 FVF promotion so there is nothing further to pay but ebays records out. I was thinking this through I relaised there could be & could find no guidance in case it happens to others/again.
