I sold a pair of new boxed leather ankle boots and as they were a size 5 but came up much bigger, I put measurements in my description eg internal length, external length and width. On receipt the buyer opened a return case based on didn't match description. She said the internal measurement was 23cm and 25cm as in my description and therefore they didn't fit.
A few messages were exchanged but as I knew Ebay would side with her, I agreed an exchange.
I received them back today and the measurements were exactly as I had put in my description!
I refunded her and she has now offered to refund me the return postage so I wasn't out of pocket. She has requested a Paypal Invoice but I can't find any way to raise one.
Is there a way or can she pay me some other way?
The link to send a PayPal invoice is prominently displayed in your PayPal account, so I'm not sure why you're having problems finding it...? Log back into PayPal and have another look.
