Post Office refusing to take pre-paid parcels because of size

Hi, I used the online pre-paid postal service through eBay, followed the weight & size guidelines and printed off my postal labels. 

The post office has just refused to take them as they say they do not fit the requirements (even though I checked) so now I have postage paid for that will not be accepted and parcels that I will need to pay out for postage again.
Please help

Can you explain what you mean, " do not fit the requirements"? Is it the size, or weight which is the problem? If not, then they should not refuse to accept them.

There have been other reports of some POs trying to get out of taking prepaid parcels, but they have no right to do so. You may need to find another Po, but I would report them.
