Hi there. Someone bought some boots off me and has decided to re sell them, but they are using my photos. Are they allowed to do this..?

Yes I don't think there is anything against that. Pictures on Ebay can go into the Ebay Catalogue and are available for others to use.

It is rather a lazy thing to do.
