Photos disappeared

My photos have just disappeared and when I try to upload new ones they just remain invisible.

Anyone know how to fix this?

You have 28 Items Listed. They all have good pictures displayed?

Hi, thanks for checking, they all just miraculously reappeared after went back to it an hour later.
