I know this is a paypal issue. But I am a new seller. Been waiting so long for funds to clear (been struggling to send parcels while money is on hold, but done it). I have checked paypal just now and see that £9,20 is available, but when i try to withdraw it it says .... "Things don't appear to be working right now. I have tried 6 times. Any ideas?
