PayPal payment initiated

I have a number of sales showing as payment initiated but not showing as paid to post or on my paypal? Help

this normally happens when there is problem with the email address for payment

click on 'sell similar' to see what email address is in the payment field

then if it is an email account you can still use, log into your paypal account and add it to your profile,

you will need to confirm the email address and the money will appear

if it is an address you can no longer access you need to apologise to the buyers and ask them to cancel the payment through their paypal account

then you can send them an invoice from your paypal account
