Packlink Insurance Claim

Hello Has anybody ever got an insurance claim back for damaged items from Packlink? I may have to start a Small Claims Court proceedings. I can't beleive it! Please somebody give me a good news story?

Thank you so much. I have done EVERYTHING by the book. I need to wait a few more days though. I hate the silent treatment. But can I claim against Hermes who apparently are being slow to respond to Packlink?

If you bought through packlink, you have to claim from them, Hermes won't help.

Packlink compensation is very poor, they hardly cover anything.
