New listings are not being allowed to list

I can not list any new products. When I try to list this message comes up,   It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

I have an Ebay shop for many years and have not had this problem before. All other aspects of the shop are working as they should.

Even recent sold items are not able to relist.

I have not had the dubious pleasure yet of Managed Payments, but I have as far as possible kept up with things that cannot be sold, and am certain that this must have been set out when you were press ganged into joining.

there are lots of things that can't be listed once you are on managed payments

I have already done that. Also tried two different browsers ie Safari and Google Crome and on two different devices, MacBook Pro and Apple desk top.
Ensured all software is updated and removed history and cookies.
Tried making new listings, used templates and list as similar.

Another seller posted similar question earlier, am guessing another MP glitch.

No my items are not, they are items of jewellery, similar to what I have been selling for years.
I tried to re-list two different items of jewellery that sold yesterday but these items could not be listed.
