New MP Returns

I Have had 2 sales under the new system. But I can't see any information on how refunds or partial refunds are dealt with. Can anyone enlighten me?

Enter "Managed Payments" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.

Thank you but I have read that and it doesn't provide the information I am looking for. For example I sell an item with a minor fault and the buyer and I agree a partial refund of say £2 (no case opened). How do I refund £2?

When I click this, as said in my last comment, I do not have a Send Refund choice.

This a hypothetical case. I would like to know what to do should this happen. I have looked at the drop down box of an item I have sold under MP which has been paid and sent and there is no option for a refund. Hence the question.

if a buyer has paid through managed payments the option to refund the payment is shown in the drop down menu next to the item in the seller hub

Sorry but it isn't there. That is what was in my comment. The item I looked at had been paid, sent out and the money transferred to my bank account. I have only just switched to MP and may be Ebay haven't upgraded my account fully. At least I now know where to look.

You can issue a full or partial refund for items in Seller Hub or My eBay up to 90 days after the original transaction,Go Here and follow the section "Issuing a refund"

That's what I thought but looking at the options in the dropdown box for an item I sold under MP, there is no refund option. The 'View Paypal Transaction' is not there but otherwise it is the same options as before. Could you be more explicit
regarding where to look? It may be of course that Ebay hasn't updated my account yet.
