Possibly because you're in Spain, and this is the UK site. Log out, and back into your home site (ebay.es).

If you continue to have problems, use the Help pages and forums over there. 🙂

Used the UK ebay as a central hub to sell and promote UK . USA, Canada for years, promotions just fell to zero two days ago
