My buyer was going to collect but now he wants me to post item. How do I send him an invoice

My buyer has paid for the item. However, he now wants me to post the item to him. How do I send him an invoice just for the postage?

Adding to the advice already given -

 

Depending on the item's value remember that if you do post the item it was sold as collection and you are therefore open to any of the usual problems of accepting PayPal for a collected item - even if you send it tracked you won't be protected.

You can ask the buyer to send payment to your Paypal address? Then it's protected.

Is it another account? 

can't see anything on this one that buyer would want to collect...

You can invoice for the postage using the Request tab in your Paypal account.

 

Or if you prefer not to send the item at all you can issue a cancellation via More Actions, far right of item on your sold page, using the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address", which is the nearest one to this situation.   That will issue refund automatically.

 

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list. Here's the link:
