Marking as collected and paid

My buyer paid cash on collection, how do I mark the item as collected and paid?

Go to your Sold page and to the right of the item see a drop down menu.

From here mark as Sold and dispatched.

There isn't an option for paid and dispatched in the drop down menu

If you do as Guinevere has advised you will see a list of icons. Click on the £ icon first of all, then click on the envelope icon. Once you click on each icon in turn it will turn from greyed out to black, thus confirming that payment has been made and the item has been despatched.
