Manage Active Listings - UK only - Filter not showing 75% of my items

As of yesterday about 75% of our listings aren't showing under 'Manage Active Listings, listing sites selected - UK Only' 

On the 30th June this worked and showed all 3383 of our listings now I can only view 964 on this page! When I search by title the ones not showing seem to still be on there but it's making it impossible to manage our inventory.

Has anyone else noticed problems with the active listigns filter when selecting different listing sites? I have reported this to eBay live chat.
