I give every listing all the correct info - measurements - pictures and honest guide to the item- yet buyer's don't read it and request returns- or EB say i need to add detailed info- what more can I do.
I have seen items for sale - saying size 12 and pretty!!!
Why do I get endless emails from EB saying I need to add more detail.
To be honest I feel so let down by ebay and the awful payment system.

This could be something simple like the eBay drop down box for item description.
