Is it ok if buyer ask you to send item just for good feedback?

Hello

I've received message from buyer asking me can I send them item for free and they will leave me 'outstanding' review. 

This is frist time I received that type of the question. Is is ok ?  

I am not planning to do it, I've just wonder if it's not against any eBay rules about  leaving feedback and review.

that would be considered buying feedback which is against eBay policy/rules.

it's how young people live their lives these days,

they blag freebies from people and give them good reviews on 'insta'  etc.

if they don't buy something through a listing they can't give you a review on ebay

put their ID on your blocked list and ignore them

You should certainly report that buyer - the request is a serious violation of Ebay rules.

Strange request, there has got to be a catch somewhere, did he intend paying postage for this "free" item? I suggest you block this "buyer", he is up to no good.
