Is anyone else having issues with the accept offer key when trying to accept an offer?

I and a friend have tried to accept offers in the past few days, but when you try to click in the box it has the highlight around it, but doesn't do nything else.

If item listed as auction with best offer, as soon as bid is placed, all offers are voided.
