If i sell a vehicle on ebay for 10,000 what fees would i pay

What you would pay depends on how you decide to sell.  All Ebay's fees are listed in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page) and in the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page) so that you can make an informed decision.

I pesonally would opt for Ebay's Classifieds, or, better still, Gumtree (Ebay's sister site). With either of these you can leave an ad running till the prospective buyer has actually handed over their hard-earned and driven the vehicle away.

That's not something you can do if you list as BIN or auction.  You could find yourself having to action multiple cancellations to get the selling fees credited back to your Ebay account, and, of course, multiple relists.

Whatever you decide, do not accept payment by PayPal. That would leave you wide open to an Unauthorised Account Use claim, which you would lose. The only way to contest such a claim is with a proof of posting receipt, proving dispatch to the account holder's registered address.  Vehicles and other collection items should only ever be paid for in cash or by bank transfer, once the buyer has fully examined and tested their purchase, and carried out all necessary checks
