The other responder is quite correct.

But because one company name has been struck off and it's assets take over it does not mean that there were different companies registered.

So for example:

Joe Blogs Television is struck off and assets held...But the asserts were fixed assets not stock.

Joe Blogs Radio..Not struck off.All stock purchased by this company and registered with different directors. So can still trade.

Hi

This is an unusual question so why are you asking?

IF someone is doing this then they need proper legal advice from a qualified Solicitor because to my knowledge once  it has been  struck off it is removed from the register and it cannot trade, sell assets, make payments or be involved in any other activities relating to business.    Also generally  Crown assets are owned by the reigning Monarch/government  and also cannot be sold.

As i say proper and in depth legal advice should be sought from a qualified Solicitor and not really from any internet forum.
