I thought ebay were not going to charge fees during the covid 19

I thought ebay were not going to charge sellers for this month because of the covid 19, yet I listed items today and have been charged, they told sky news that no payment would be charged for this month, any help please.

where did you get that idea from?

they are still charging the fees, you just don't have to pay them until next month!

only sellers who subscribe to a shop and close the shop are being charged no fees
