I have refunded a buyer, who I believe lied about condition of item I sold. I would like to leave negative feedback,but it only showing up positive. How do I get the negative to show up.

the option for sellers to leave negative feedback was removed over 12 years ago,
you cannot leave them retaliatory feedback
