I have a customer who wants to return an item but doesnt have a printer to print a return label, how can i print one myself to post to them?

You may need the buyer to forward the email with the label attached,  back to you.  You then use your own printer, print the label,  put it in an envelope,  and post it back.

I don't think that you can print the label from the email, you'll be directed to log into their eBay account to print the label (I tried this a few weeks ago for somebody and we worked out there wasn't a way to froward the label, we screenshot it in the end).

You "could" also simply send him the postage through Paypal and your address.  He would then buy the tracked postage and enter it into the case.

Have they no one who can print it for them, posting Backwards and Forwards will only make it more costly for you and the buyer.
