I am trying to list some Cuticura hand gel but I am unable to list it.

I understand tht some people have been overinflating the price of some sanitisers and masks but I am not. In fact mine is at the cheaper end, and there are several others listed and active so I'm not sure why I cannot list mine?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Only registered business sellers can sell these types of products, and then only those who were selling them pre-pandemic. Profiteering from pandemics and other human disasters is a crime in the UK.

But why would you, as a supposed private seller (the legal definition of which is someone who is selling off their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic) have brand new bottles of hand-gel to sell...? Anyone who makes, grows, refurbishes, or buys in items to sell (new or used) is a business and must be registered as such. Not only an Ebay requirement, but the law. And note that there is no such thing as a 'hobby seller' in this country, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant.
