the very first thing you need to do to become a top rated seller is to register as a business seller,

as only business sellers can be top rated.

Now I have a personal eBay account so I will try to update it as a business account. Is it okay for me and is it illegal or No eBay agreement violation? And what are the main things should I complete to apply a business account?
