How do i appeal a decision that i dont agree with when ebay have made a final decision?

Your big mistake was contesting this as you now have no refund of selling fee and do have a Defect.

You are selling illegally as an Unregistered Business Seller  and apart from avoiding Business Seller Fees, are denying buyers their legal rights.

A Business Seller has to accept returns for any reason, so by saying NO RETURNS buyers who know the system have to open Not As Described Cases to get what they are entitled to.

Difference being that YOU have to pay return postage whereas if they wanted to change their mind the buyer pays. By denying the buyer this option it costs you more and damages your selling account.

Having a Shop does not make you a Registered Business Seller. Get registered and treat buyers as they should be treated.

I have only recently opened a shop and still learning a hell of a lot but yep that makes sense so thank you. I will check the No returns description. It just seems that they literally have changed there mind and open case not as described. But now reading what your response is I will make some changes. Thanks
