How do I unblock someone who I did it buy accident

I seam to have blocked someone by accident  he has already put the money in the bank

If someone has deposited money in your PayPal account, seems both of you are trying to complete an 'off eBay sale'  ? ... Items listed on eBay must be bought through the listings ... not by messages or other private arrangements!.

If a member is blocked they cannot bid or buy from you. If so they cannot pay either as they have not bought.

I am afraid it does not make sense so more facts are required.

if can you explain what you mean by 'blocked by accident' and what has actually happened, we might be able to help you further
