Hi, trying to refund a transaction. Can't seem to find anything to tell me. Previously used Paypal for this but Ebay manage payments. Thanks

The buyer has to open a case as it has always been, then you refun through the case!! Managed payments sorts out where the money comes from if there is not enough in your account.
If you have just refunded through paypal in the past without a case being opened then you will not have had the selling fee refunded.
