How do I invoice a buyer for a 2nd item he's agreed to take but only after paying for the 1st

A buyer agreed to take a 2nd item but only after completing the transaction for the 1st item.  How best do I ask for payment for the 2nd item?  I can't see any way of doing this easily?

"I can't see any way of doing this easily?"

Of course not, he has to buy first. You can't issue an EBAY invoice until  bought, and then ebay do it automatically. If you are wanting to make it post free and send both together then you will have to go to more actions, SEND PAYMENT DETAILS and amend postage to 0.00

You don't say but if he has bought one and paid, then when he pays again you get caught with a second FIXED Paypal 30p fee.

It is much better for both buyer and seller to buy two items and ask for a combined invoice. Saves a bit on fees, may be only 30p but if low value items that can be a high fee.

If he Buys the 2nd Item. Before he Pays you can Cancel out the Postage or just Reduce it by Changing the Invoice from Send Payment Details in More Actions. The Drop Down Box next to the Sold Item.

you have to list the item at the agreed price for them to buy
