Honest buyer has just mailed to let me know his refunded item has arrived and wants to pay

Hi everyone, my very honest buyer has just informed me that 2 days after the refund was sent his item has arrived. He never opened and INR.

I'm unsure what to say or do without breaking ebays rules.

Ideally i'd like my money but to give him a discount for his trouble and honesty too, if that's possible.

You need to send them an invoice from your Paypal account.

Log into Paypal and use the request money feature to send a Paypal Money request.

You need the buyer to provide you with their email address for this.  All perfectly OK to give this to you now,  as they have been in a transaction with you.
