A suggestion is not to put in listings, regarding leaving feedback, and calling those who don't leave you feedback - “TIME WASTERS”.
That reflects very badly on you.
I'm afraid that neither eBay nor your buyers can be expected to take account of your personal circumstances.
The fact is that you failed to complete the sale. There is nothing you can do about the feedback, except to send the buyer a feedback revision request if you can restore good relations with them.
I sympathise with the worry you are experiencing over the illness of your partner, but you will need to look seriously at what to do about your eBay listings. You have listed over 400 items recently, and still have some for sale. Unless you cancel listings correctly, through the resolution centre and with the buyer's agreement, you risk getting a default on your account for each cancellation. It only takes a few defect to be permanently banned from selling, and other sellers have told us that eBay won't even listen to explanations.
Good luck. I hope that your partner's health improves and that you can sort out your trading difficulties on eBay.
Hi
Firstly i do hope your partner recovers quickly.
Unfortunately that buyer has not said anything in the feedback that breaks Ebays feedback policy.
They probably have no empathy or unfortunately do not believe you and may think that on reflection you sold the item too cheap.
It may be worth messaging them one last time and tell them that you are being genuine and will they agree to change it?
IF they say yes then you need to send them a feedback revision request.
