Hi I really need to speak to someone, I just received an email from a buyer stating she found drugs

Hello, I an sold back in April, today I received an email, stating she found drugs in the handbag.  And she requested a full refund.  The only medication I take is for high blood pressure which is not a narcotics.  I have responded yet, please I need your assistance.

You're on the UK site so you need to log out, clear cookies and then log back onto the .com site. 

The contents of the bag don't affect the bag so the buyer is not entitled to a refund but sometimes it's easier to agree to refund after return.
