Hi, I need help!! I sent a parcel by PACKLINK. It arrived in a damaged mess!!

Hi, I have attempted to open a claim for damaged goods on the Packlink site, however it is asking for a 'Reference Number' with the example as follows; The reference number is an alphanumeric code we need to identify your shipment, look for one like this: GB2020EBAY/COM/PRO0000000.

I cannot find any numbers either on the Hermes tracker site via which it was sent or my ebay sold item page...Where is this number??

Really appreciate anyones help.

Before using Packlink who deliver NOTHING, they just pass on to Hermes to destroy/lose, you should read the T & C to see what if anything is covered. The exclusion list is probably longer than what they cover.

Any service that involves Ebay, Packlink and Hermes should be avoided. It only takes one Courier to deliver and you know who you are dealing with.
