I have a number of items for sale where Global Shipping Programme is ticked but they are not showing cost to buyer , simply advising them to contact seller. Is anyone aware of recent changes in terms of destinations offered by the programme. There is definately some problem with regard to availabilty to buyers in Germany , is there an EU wide change? Any advice/help much appreciated.

My guess is that Global does not want to get stuck with refunding for non arrival.
Seller would be protected by proof of delivery to GSP, leaving GSP to pay refunds and being stuck with trying to get buyers to pay again when itemis eventually delivered.
