Hi everyone - need some help with a feedback issue. Been selling on here since 2003 with a perfect record. Last week I sold a camera and buyer rmessaged me saying she was happy but the charger did not work. I explained that I used it the day before sending and it was fine and that it is tricky. She said she wanted a new charger and out of pure kindness I offered to buy her one. Never heard from her again until she posted negative feedback. I have messaged her and asked her to remove it and also requested a feedback revision - however I have heard nothing and also I cannot find any way to speak to eBay about this. Any help greatly appreciated.
adding to ruby*tuesday good advice -
You might have shot yourself in the foot as the false positive you left the buyer is serious feedback abuse that can damage your account more than the neg they left.
Never send a feedback revision request unless the buyer agrees to revise.
eBay might help you but, the false positive.
Sounds like they haven't got a Clue regarding how EBay works. You can enter Advanced Search into Help and Contact at the top of the Page.
Scroll right down. Live Chat should be available. Hopefully they will Remove the Neg.
