Hi, can somebody please tell me the fastest way to get a standard a5 envelope delivered to New Zealand at the moment. The buyer has had several things posted from the U.K. using Royal Mail standard international, which 3 months later have still not arrived. It appears that the air carriers are giving priorty at the moment to carrier services (i think they must get paid more for these). I have looked at the prices of the different carriers but they want the same price to post a letter as a parcel and would cost at least 3 times the buyer paid for the item!. I found a web page for something called Royal Mail International Express, but there are no links to this page, no prices and nothing to say it is still operating?. Does this still exixt, also does Royal Mail International Tracked get priorty over standard R.M. internatioal mail when it comes to the air carriers? The buyer is papared to pay upto £10 for delivery. Any help please.
