Do I need a certificate to sell branded items?

Tell me if the seller needs to attach certificates if he sells products with the brand logo? For example, the following https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Adidas-Football-Balls-Training-Footballs-TEAM-Glider-soccer-Ball-Size-4-5.... If so, where can such a certificate be attached?

Possibly (it depends on the brand, and some brands won't allow their products to be sold on Ebay at all) but you will definitely need to upgrade your account from private to business.  Anyone who makes, grows, refurbishes, or buys in (new or used) items to sell, is a business and must be registered as such. Not only an Ebay requirement but the law. Private accounts are ONLY for those selling off their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic. And note that there is no such thing as a 'hobby seller' in this country, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant.
