I sold an item in the last 48 hours, listed as a "no return item", then received a message from the buyer stating he wants a refund because his "missus has changed her mind". I will of course be out of pocket if I give a refund. What are my options?
An update to this, I have just discovered that the buyer has already posted the item back to me, before I have even answered his request for a refund. Can anyone give me some advice on this?
Thanks in advance...
As it's a change of mind return and your buyer has paid the return postage his refund should be his purchase price.
You as the seller are not responsible for his return costs.
